You can ask about personal information handled by IO PATINA Account or participating products, including applicable parental-consent decisions. Some actions may be available directly after you sign in. You can always contact us without creating a new account merely to make a privacy request.

What would you like to do?

• Access or receive a copy of information: ask what personal information we hold about you or, as an authorized parent, about a child in a particular product.
• Correct an account detail: use available profile controls or request help with information you cannot change yourself.
• Request deletion or account closure: describe the account or product involved; we will explain what can be removed and any applicable retention exceptions.
• Review or withdraw a parental-consent decision: identify the product and request concerned. We will explain how to review or change an available consent choice, subject to appropriate guardian verification.
• Ask about retention or processing: request an explanation of an applicable data category, recipient, or retention practice.

Send a request: privacy@iopatina.com. Please tell us the product involved and enough information to locate your account or request. Do not email government ID numbers, card details, passwords, identity documents or a child’s sensitive records. We may follow up using an appropriate method to verify your authority before giving access to or deleting information.

Signed-in controls

Where supported by the deployed Account service, signed-in users may be able to manage their profile, sessions, linked products or parental choices directly.
